I wish I had believed that about myself earlier.
That’s why I think it is important to teach our kids that, and help build in them the confidence and resilience no one can take from them. No system, no bad manager, no cruel season.
Because I still see too many brilliant people quietly questioning whether they deserve to be in the room.
