They are sharp. Curious. Funny. Informed.

And very worried. About being relevant, about the world they're inheriting, about whether anyone is actually listening

They have questions we stopped asking. They have worries we've learned to suppress. And they are hungry, genuinely hungry, for people who will sit with them, without an agenda, and actually think out loud together.

I don't know what else to say to the leaders who tell me this generation is checked out. These young were more present than most boardrooms I have sat in... Just saying!

I will never stop architecting moments like these...
